Check It Out

The community college in a global context is edited by Tod Treat and Linda Serra Hagedorn. John Wiley and Sons and Jossey-Bass published it in 2013. It is located on the library’s Stacks section on the third floor. Its call number is LB2328 .C655 2013. You can check out this book for four weeks with your SWC photo ID card.

The community college in a global context  is a great resource for students to learn about community colleges, international education, and the cooperative partnerships between them. Community colleges, like Southwestern College, are building bridges with study abroad programs with other schools outside the United States to enable students to enlarge their educational experience, learn new cultures, and make new friends.
