Do we have your textbook?

National City, Otay Mesa, and San Ysidro libraries own copies of some textbooks. Textbooks may be checked out for in-library use, usually for one or two hours.

To find out if we have your textbook, search the book title in the Library Catalog. Or-- just Ask a Librarian!

The main SWC library at Chula Vista also has some textbooks on Reserve.

Does the Library have my textbook?

Some textbooks are available at the Library. These books are in the Reserve collection, so they have a limited check out period. Usually you may check out textbooks for one or two hours for in-library use.

To find out if we have your textbook, search the Library Catalog.

If you know the book's title, select a "Title ... browse alphabetically" search.

Double-check that the year and edition match the one required by your instructor. Write down the call number to request the textbook at the Reserve counter.
