The Library owns a great title related to mentorship. It's called, Leadership: Theory and Practice. It's written by Peter Guy Northouse and published in 2010 by Sage Publications. Its call number is HM1261 .N67 2010. You may check it out for four weeks with your SWC photo ID card.
This book is a great resource to learn about issues and case studies involved in leadership. Issues range from how leaders approach situations to discussing how leadership arises in teams and various cultures.
